This is a smoking bar. So If the stench of stale cigar and cigarette smoke is your thing then this is your place. Service was horrible. Jenna saw me twice. I was only customer. She was busy hanging with her friends. Food was mediocre at best. Average forgettable place. Burn your clothes when you get home. Counters were filthy. Taps were dirty. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
