This is the best bakery in Interlaken, located in the heart of the town. They offer a variety of freshly baked pastries, both sweet and savory. Personally, I loved their spinach quiche. This bakery opens early in the morning, perfect for those who like to start their adventure early. We usually bought extra to take with us, just in case we needed some food during our journey.
