I was in this branch this morning October 21st, 2023 to enjoy breakfast. Unfortunately, I lost my appetite when I saw the dirty tables and floor. In addition, the young lady behind the counter was listless and not particularly customer friendly. Why there has been no change so far despite so many negative reviews remains questionable.

Merciful two stars. Normally we are happy to eat a meat loaf roll every now and then before going shopping. Only today I have to say we were really shocked by the really nice and friendly (not) saleswoman. She's more attached to her cell phone and doesn't pay attention to people. My son gets a stone-hard butter pretzel and I then have to discuss why we would like a fresh one now. We'll think about buying something there again.
