We recently used this restaurant for delivering food to a party, and the overall experience was outstanding. The food itself was absolutely excellent—fresh, flavoursome and clearly prepared with the utmost care. Each dish was well-balanced and thoughtfully cooked, with none of the excessive oiliness you often find in large catering orders. It was evident that quality had not been compromised despite the scale of the order. Portion sizes were equally impressive. The quantity provided was generous, ensuring that all guests were well catered for, with plenty left over to enjoy afterwards. This added real value and made the experience even more satisfying. There was a minor mix-up with one of the items in the order; however, what truly set this restaurant apart was how professionally it was handled. The team responded promptly and went the extra mile by personally coming to our home to replace the incorrect item with the right one. This level of accountability and customer care is rare and very much appreciated. Throughout the interaction, the staff were courteous, polite and genuinely focused on ensuring a positive experience. Their professionalism and willingness to resolve issues swiftly left a lasting impression. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant for party catering or home delivery. The highlight of my dining experience at the hotel was definitely the Bagaara Chicken 65 prepared by Chef Bagaara. It was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked with a crispy texture on the outside and tender, juicy meat inside. The spices were well-balanced, giving it a rich, flavorful kick without being overpowering. Each bite was packed with authentic taste, making it one of the finest Chicken 65 dishes I’ve had. A special thanks to Chef Bagar for such an outstanding preparation, and to vardhan&Dinesh for their excellent service, ensuring everything was served perfectly and on time.
