L’adresse bistrotière de la Chaumière, ouverte seulement en semaine, propose une cuisine actuelle et gourmande, alliant précision et générosité. On y savoure par exemple un œuf moelleux aux champignons mijotés dans leur jus mousseux, ou un magret de canard escorté de figues rôties et de butternut. We stay here every year on our way driving down to Geneva, and we love it. It is in a nondescript road on the way out of Dole but nothing is nondescript about it. The whole place is beautifully designed from the newly extended lounge and bar to the bedrooms. The restaurant is superb and the food to die for. The staff are friendly and helpful if sometimes a little short of English. We shall be there again next year.

Awesome chef with great team creating a unique atmosphere for dinner out at the terrasse celebrating the start of summer!
