First time here and probably last. Cream cheese was good but I shouldn't have to make a special request for a toasted bagel. It is not common and should be told at the counter about this unusual practice. And we waited 10min+ for 2 bagels and cream cheese and y'all didn't toast it? Just silly. I'm from the "north" and no it's not a northern thing just a weird NY thing I guess. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The lady with the curly hair, glasses, and the pearl necklace thing at the front who was taking our order kinda ruined the entire experience :/ also the chicken salad sandwich was extremely bland. I will definitely come again because the bagels were good themselves but next time I will stick with a breakfast option. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $40–50

First visit was just okay. Ordered a build-your-own breakfast sandwich and a French toast bagel with strawberry cream cheese. The sandwich gets high marks, but my bagel wasn't toasted which I would think is standard. Apparently I should have asked? It also took longer than expected for just 2 bagels - everyone that ordered after us received their orders and left before us. Will try again and hopefully have a better experience. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20
