I don’t get the hype. Bagels taste bland and burnt at the same time and the service is usually disinterested teens bordering on rude. Just about any other bagel place is probably going to be better.

Really wanted to support a local bagel shop rather than going to a chain but should when just gone to the chain. Store was dirty, someone working behind the counter shoved past me to grab themselves a coffee(???), the person making my bagel seemed very upset, and honestly the bagel was disgusting. It was rock hard and smelled??? Do yourself a favor and go to balsam bagels or fox deli where they seem to make excellent bagels. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
