I went into the Nottingham shop this morning to get a coffee before work, the shop was open with a man inside having a coffee. As soon as I walked in a young lady who was working there told me they were not open. When I asked what time they would be open she informed she was waiting for a delivery (I looked outside and the delivery was already there). I kindly asked how long I would have to wait and she informed ‘she didn’t know, but around half an hour’. Her attitude was appalling and she clearly has no sense of customer service. This is the second encounter the customer service has been bad and I’m very reluctant to return!

Loved it!! Lovely place, environment was so friendly and staff were very helpful with lots of smiles. Food was delish to!

Plenty of choice and fillings been there twice, no complaints for the food but had really arkward customer service. Staff not helpful and a couple have a cant be bothered attitude
