Best food, friendly and helpful staff. You get a VIP feeling whenever you go their and the owner himself makes sure everyone is getting the best food. Keep it up Would recommend this place to anyone with love to Afghani and other Asian cuisine. Price per person: £10–20

One of the worst experiences of my life. We arrived before everyone but were served last. We ordered swiftly. Slowly, the owner kept bringing us complementary food we didn’t ask for or want — we just wanted our food. I think they have a problem in the kitchen so kept bringing random food for us to eat. The Ashak came after 45mins and it was uncooked and returned after three bites. It was downhill from there. Each food item was worse than the one before. Pakora was salty and dry. The curries were awful. At least half the bowl was full of oil. I would remove the oil and more would come from the food. This is a total disgrace. The shop reheats the same food again and again which was cooked 3 days ago. They keep it in the fridge and reheat to order. The food made me sick. We used to be regular customers but the ownership changed and now they are doing whatever they like. Don’t waste your money, time or good health. There are many other better restaurants to spend your money at. At the end of the day no matter how much renovations they do, they will serve food in the back of a hotel car park next to a full skip. Shameful. Just look at the amount of oil which kept coming out of the food.
