I am so disappointed! I am an American who just moved to Nagoya, Japan. I have been so pleased with the high level of customer service I have experience since moving to this country. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience at Baguette Rabbit. I was served by a staff member twice today and both times she was very rude. I greeted her and said thank you during each transaction yet I did not receive either of those things in return from her. She gave me a blank stare when I asked for assistance during my first visit and did not even address me during my second visit. You are probably wondering why I went back twice if I was treated poorly the first time. Well, my first purchase was in the morning and I figured she may have just woken up so she was not friendly. However, when I returned in the afternoon she was just as rude. The food was delicious but I will NEVER return to that store. I hope no one else has to experience this! I’ve attached my receipts so hopefully the owner of this establishment can tell who the rude staff member was and address it accordingly.
