Love their mutton biryani, meat is tender and flavorful! They are very generous - when we asked for more curry, plus a fish curry sauce, they have no qualm and gave us a full packet. This stall has become our get-to when we crave for mutton biryani Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

This for the Thai Seng Branch when to buy fried rice at 5pm plus since the person said still haven't ready to do goreng goreng it's fine I change my mind to buy rice meal... When I was looking for the item coz I know well it's a balance from afternoon cook. One of the guy who new to the shop said can you make it faster I have other work to do with arrogant face. This type of attitude make customer's not to go anymore. Please advise them we are paying money and buy food give us time to choose it. Thanks. Bad service Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Disappointing experience at Bagus Ria. Staff were cooking without wearing hair nets, which is unhygienic. Customer service was also poor and felt disrespectful. Basic standards should be maintained regardless of location. Very poor hygiene at Bagus Ria — no hair nets worn while cooking. Customer service was rude and unprofessional. Not recommended. Short & direct Bagus Ria needs improvement. Unhygienic cooking practices (no hair nets) and bad customer service.
