A really nice experience complimented with highly professional service, elegant ambience, decor and food. Vast selection of fine wine. Highly recommended whatever the occasion. Well done and will surely revisit again. Vegetarian options: One of the menu options is dedicated to vegans. Very Unique expierence from this restaurantss, they offered 3 different set menus which were the past which was traditional maltese dishes from the history of Malta, Present which is modern day cuisine in Malta and future which is old maltese dishes made futuristic. But i settled for the A la Carte menu which was still stunning nevertheless. The Potato appetizer and the USDA Sirloin was amazing and couldn't have asked for much more. They even gave me a copy of the menu signed by the head chef and a sauce pot for my birthday. Kudos Bahia.
