Customer service was disappointing. I went there planning to work away from home because I was having internet issues. Before ordering, I explicitly asked the attending staff if they had Wi-Fi and charging outlets available. He confidently said yes, so I proceeded with my order. After sitting down, I realized the Wi-Fi was practically unusable. It could barely load Google, and speed tests were only reaching around 4 Mbps. I approached the staff and explained that I mainly came there to work, which was impossible with the current internet situation. I even asked if it was possible to cancel my order because of this. I understand that internet issues can happen, and I would have accepted that if it had been handled properly. What was unacceptable was how rude and dismissive the staff was throughout the situation. There was no apology, no explanation, and no effort to acknowledge the inconvenience. They refunded the food but said the drinks were non-refundable, which I accepted. But what made the experience worse was how they handled everything afterward. When I asked if the drinks could at least be packed properly, the staff just handed me a paper bag without saying a word. The refund was also given without any communication at all. No wonder why there weren’t a lot of customers. Good luck! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Baia Cafe is a newly opened cafe in Roxas City and it already feels promising. Clean space, quality coffee, kag chill atmosphere. Perfect gid for coffee lovers sa Roxas. Recommend ko gd ang Brown Butter Coffee! Super love it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
