A must-visit if you’re in Souk Al Hamidiyah and want to try authentic Syrian ice cream. The classic order is the famous stretchy booza topped with ashta and generous pistachios, but they also offer a variety of flavors like chocolate, fruit, and lemon. The shop is always very busy and not the most organized. You find a table, a waiter comes to take your order, your ice cream arrives in no time, and you pay on the spot. Despite the crowds, the service is quick, and most importantly, the ice cream is absolutely delicious.
