Nestled on Sanno Cho in Isesaki, Bake House offers a unique stop for those exploring local baked goods. Operating from Thursday to Monday, with hours slightly shorter on Sundays, it provides a consistent mid-day to evening schedule for potential patrons looking for fresh bakes and tasty treats. However, information about this quaint spot is somewhat sparse, with limited details available on popular directories other than a basic profile on Google.
Feedback from visitors indicates a personalized touch, suggesting a family-run atmosphere where the offerings are flavorful. The last recorded review came in 10 months ago, which hints that updated insights from both customers and possibly the owner would be valuable. As things stand, Bake House remains somewhat of a hidden gem or an undiscovered spot, awaiting more frequent visitation and detailed experiences from its patrons.

I’ve visited this shop several times. The cakes and breads are really delicious, and it’s one of the few places in Japan where you can enjoy authentic Filipino baked goods. However, the customer service can be disappointing. When placing a cake order, the chat communication felt quite curt, with no greeting at the beginning. During visits, the owner doesn’t seem very approachable. Even though plastic bags aren’t charged, they’re not offered unless requested, and items aren’t placed inside the bag for you. The products are truly good, but the overall experience with the owner makes it less enjoyable to visit. I hope the customer service improves, because the food itself is worth coming back for. Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000
