I placed an order online for delivery as a gift from London. Mohammad Junaid was extremely helpful and went out of the way to sort everything out. He manages digital business at Baked and made everything seamless.

Last night, my friend and I were strolling around PAF Market and decided to try a café called Baked. We ordered two drinks and two sandwiches, but unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing. If I compare the quality and quantity of the food to the prices charged, it simply wasn't worth it. The sandwiches were overpriced and the taste did not justify the cost at all. One thing I also found concerning was that the prices of items were not displayed, which can be frustrating for customers. I asked for tomato ketchup sachets with the sandwiches, and the person at the counter bluntly replied that they do not provide ketchup sachets. When you're charging over Rs. 1,250 plus tax for a sandwich, basic accompaniments like ketchup and tissues should be provided as a standard courtesy. Surprisingly, neither was available. Another issue was that tax was being charged, yet no tax receipt was provided. This raises questions about whether the taxes collected are actually being reported and submitted properly. Overall, I found the place to be overpriced, with below-average food quality and poor customer service. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend it, especially considering the value for money offered. Meal type: Other Price per person: Rs 4,000–5,000
