Every time I visit The Baked Potato, I'm always reminded how much I love this venue. Now. I am a Jazz venue aficionado. I love all the classics and The Baked potato is definitely on my list of favorites. Its been around forever and I like to say its one of the few venues that was passed down to me, since my parents visited often when I was a kid. What can I say?! Its small, intimate, and I've always had the best experiences there. Because of how small the place is, there isn't a bad seat in the house. Recently, I saw Danny Janklow and was seated perfectly at the bar, drink in hand and was beautifully taken over by the music. If you want to truly FEEL THE MUSIC, the Baked Potato has your back. Wonderfully classic venue! Since, i'm a woman who ventures out alone when I go out, Its also a great venue where I feel safe. I look forward to visiting here more in the future and can you believe I haven't tried one of their baby-sized potatoes? I need to get in on that soon.

This place is super cool. I had never been here and I came last Friday to hear Luis Conte and his group play. The tickets are pre ordered on their website and they require a two drink minimum not including food. They offer an array of baked potato options. I ordered the broccoli and cheese which was enough to share and actually pretty darn good. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The place is pretty small and I'm not sure how the reservation situation works, but I would say try to get there early. They wouldn't over sell but it's definitely a tight squeeze.

Beware of booking seats in the 'Patio' Omg. Sooo disappointed. Last night 1/27/24 we walked out before the band came on. Our seats were in the patio- no problem, right? Well it was more of an annex or closet - 2 rooms away from the band, not outdoors, a screen was hung on the wall to listen to the band. The main room, people literally were on top of each other with less than 1 inch between, no ventilation, no windows it stunk and we had to leave. I don't know what was worse the storage room aka Patio we were in, or the stench. When leaving the guy said, why are you leaving and we explained, he said, but the screen will show close-ups of the band, I said if I wanted to stare at another screen, we can do that in my own bed. Lol.
