Had my First timer experience today and was beyond my expectations. Wanted Sausage and peppers but was sold out unfortunately, must be a hot seller. Had the Mac spud and was phenomenal. Love the concept of this place and the vibes. I’ll be coming here more often. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you’re looking for that fluffy baked potato seen all over social media, don’t come here—it would be a huge letdown. The guy is super nice, but the potatoes were hard, not soft and fluffy at all. He has the proper oven for them, but I think because he keeps large batches stored in different ovens, the potatoes dry out and harden. While the toppings and the taste were great, it just wasn't worth $40 in my opinion. Like I said, the customer service is excellent, but the potato itself just wasn't fluffy enough for me. OMG First time here at BAKED AND LOADED with my friends, saw it on tic toc didn't really know what to expect since it showed only baked potatoes, l found out that l stumbled on to an absolutely amazing jem , they had a ton of different potatoes and they also have daily specials , everything is made fresh daily,also tried the softest amazing home made Italian meatballs,out of this world, another new item are homemade Sheppard pie and chicken wings,love the place. Try it and you will be very happy. Believe me. thumbs up,. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend
