Really bad day with Bakers Delight today!! Town Centre closed, app says it was open. Ring here first to make sure, came out of my way to get here and loyalty scanning not working! No offer of compensation from staff just a shoulder shrug and oh well. Not good enough. Now need to ring head office tomorrow and seek compensation!!!
