Got the new cruffin! overcooked, left a burnt taste in my mouth and not like the picture empty inside with no filling! Bought again from a different bakers delight in the area and they were so much better! Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I visited the store Sunday afternoon, realized Monday morning I had lost my wallet ($240 cash plus cards), retracing my steps, i enquired at the store to see if it had been handed in, i was ecstatic to find the 2 young ladies on Sunday afternoon had found it and kept it in the the store safe, thank you Girls!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Such disappointed with non existent customer service tonight at Bakers Delight Point Cook shopping centre . Admittedly is was 6.00pm exactly when l stood at counter to make a purchase . I was advised by team member working there , we are closed . I had cash said l don’t won’t any change , can l get 4 Bread Rolls . Answer we are closed . Team member then started throwing all left over perfectly good baked items in a rubbish bag to thrown out . Unfortunately this team members action is a reflection on the business , team member was probably thinking they were able to act like this as it was on closing time . Think there needs to be training with custom service , as it is extremely unlikely l will ever purchase from this location again, feeling humiliated and sadly let down . My circle of friends will hear the story and possibly the negative effects could be felt . I feel sorry for the Franchisee who has put a lot of time and money into this business . I trust my comments may be helpful to the business moving forward . Paying customers deserve respect.
