Good texture, not over-baked, and a tasty baguette from the viennois category. However, it doesn’t taste as freshly-baked for an 11 AM batch. They offer a large selection of other baguettes and round breads. My favorite here is the olive bread. They even have the traditional Tunisian barley round bread, which is richer in fiber and cholesterol-lowering beta-glucan. It pairs perfectly with the traditional *marka sfaxia* (a typical fish dish from Sfax).
