Wow — 一色 Bakery 412 in Fuji City is amazing! The bread smells incredible, with a crunchy crust and soft, moist inside. The flavors are so rich and complex — honestly better than many international bakeries I’ve tried (and I’ve lived in big cities like New York, and tasted bread in 30+ countries!). I can’t believe such top-notch bread exists in a small city like Fuji. This is a true hidden gem. Highly, highly recommend! Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
