We came here three times during our short stay in Baños—such a great place! The pastries are incredibly fresh, and the flat white was one of the best we’ve had in all of Central and South America. We usually try a new coffee and pastry spot every other day, so that says a lot. The bread with nuts and prunes was especially delicious. Some of the cookies and pastries were a bit too sweet for my taste, but that’s just a personal preference. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We love baking partners and anytime we are in Banos we must visit. Today we had the pleasure of trying the sugar free chocolate muffin with banana and peanut butter !!!! So so so yummy we will be back for more. All the things they make are great but we were especially happy to have a sugar free dessert and of course the best sourdough ever. I have traveled to many places in my life and have eaten all over the world but this bakery blew my mind away !! Best banana bread I’ve ever had, incredible pumpkin spice latte and just everything is made with love and you can tell! I wish i could come here everyday Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
