Bakery Dukers has been taken over by Koos; regrettably. The quality of bread and pastry products has deteriorated significantly. Pies taste like 13 of a dozen pies and Limburg pride, the grid pie is no longer available. The light, tasty breads have been replaced by hipster breads with sourdough in them and the yeast bread they have is tasteless. My advice for Koos bakery: take a bread and pastry baking course at Dukers of Paulissen, or sell everything.
