As an avid beer lover from the states, I had never experienced Italian craft beer. I absolutely love Baladin Bologna! I sat at the bar, and the staff is incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and helpful, plus they speak great English. Their food is wonderful, and the beer selection is extensive. I have not had a beer I didn't like! They really nail it with the flavor profiles. I especially enjoyed their take on IPA's...They are different from the American New England and West Coast styles I've had. Extremely flavorful but less forwardly bitter, and they come in lots of colors! I could taste some Belgian influence in some of the beers as well. If you love beer, you must go here! I am going to miss them when I go back home. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €20–30
