Balagán is visually stunning and the atmosphere is probably one of the best parts of the experience, great music, beautiful crowd, gorgeous space. But the food was honestly terrible. Almost every dish felt under-seasoned or poorly executed and expensive for the lack of quality. Service was okay, nothing particularly notable. Would recommend it for the drinks, music and vibes, not for the food. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
