We arrived at 11:30 AM, and even though they open at 12:00 PM, the staff kindly let us wait inside and took our order immediately—kudos for the great hospitality! Here’s my take on the food: - Chicken Paa Inasal: A bit disappointing. It lacked flavor and didn't have that signature yellowish color from the annatto oil shown in their photos. - Beef Kansi, Baticolon, & Corazon: Delicious! The Kansi was really good, and the gizzard and heart were personal highlights. The staff are very attentive, and the toilet is clean. While the main chicken fell a bit flat, the excellent service and great side dishes made it a decent lunch.
