Shocking. Chips arrived stone cold, and undercooked. Almost solid wouldn't feed them to my dog! Onion Baji undercooked, Indian mint sauce spicy and burnt one of the people eating, naans badly undercooked. Poppadoms left off the order, and arrived over 35 minutes late. Serious concerns over eating meat from the curry when they can't cook even cook shoddy cheap poor quality frozen chips correctly. All went in the bin. Never had a bad thing to say about Bismillah Balti it's always been mine and my partners favourite place to order from. Delivery is always quite fast. The most recent time we ordered the naan bread was quite undercooked and the chicken Tikka masala sauce was very different to usual, Very bland and a different colour to what we are used to. There's been a few times in the past where we have been over charged but never said anything because the food always been amazing until our last order.
