很喜歡balance這樣有混合到台式風味的類法式料理。整體偏鹹了些。麵包好吃、黑鮪魚飯好吃、加價的和牛搭配的莓果醬汁相當優秀，也喜歡仙草甜點的創意。兩位主廚說菜偶有重疊會有點混淆，如果能一位應該更佳或是加上一些發想的介紹就更棒了。感覺是間未來可期的餐廳。 I’m really digging this trend of new fine dining restaurants that’s been opening up in Kaohsiung that adds a Taiwanese twist to its French-ish style.
