There is no way to give more than 5 stars, this place deserves more than 5 for sure. Food original and delicious, staff so welcoming, interior- wow! The best dining place in Warsaw!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: zł 180–200

Ballarò is one of the most exciting new restaurant openings in Warsaw. The interior immediately sets it apart, combining raw steel, textured walls, dark wood and warm neutral tones in a way that feels both industrial and intimate. The beautiful marble counter overlooking the open kitchen is the highlight of the space and makes sitting at the bar feel like part of the experience rather than an alternative to a table. The cooking is equally distinctive. The cuttlefish crudo with guanciale was a particularly memorable dish, pairing delicate raw seafood with the richness and saltiness of cured pork. It is an unusual combination, but one that reflects the restaurant’s confidence and creativity. The menu feels rooted in Sicily and the wider Mediterranean without relying on predictable Italian classics, with fire used thoughtfully to build flavour rather than simply as a visual concept. Service was warm, knowledgeable and genuinely engaged, while the wine selection felt like an integral part of the meal. Ballarò manages to be ambitious without becoming formal or uncomfortable.
