Complaint about customer service. I would like to complain about an incident at your bakery on March 4, 2024 at around 7:25 am. I took my child to your branch to show her how to pay with her card. Unfortunately, the payment device was mounted too high so my child couldn't access it. That's why I put my child on the step where you usually put your bag to make the payment. As we completed the transaction and left the bakery, my wife, who had been waiting outside, noticed one of your salespeople behind me shaking her head and appearing to be grinning. My wife immediately informed me of this and I immediately went back to ask. what was going on. The saleswoman explained to me that it was not allowed to put the child on the step, only to put the bag down. I am very disappointed with this reaction. Why wasn't I informed of this immediately? It seems to me that the saleswoman was simply impatient and wanted to complete my purchase as quickly as possible so that she could devote herself to her coffee or tea. As a long-time customer of your bakery, I expect respectful treatment and appropriate customer service. However, in this case my expectations were not met, which is very unfortunate.
