Ordered a curry on New Year's Eve at 17.30pm, advised it would come in 90minutes, after 2.5hours I contacted them and they apologised and advised it would be with us in 20 minutes. After numerous phone calls it arrived just after 9pm. We we're unhappy to say the least and expressed we were unhappy to pay the £33.50 owed for the curry due to it being over 4hours late & lukewarm! They said they would take the money from the drivers wage! Absolutely disgusting and disappointed. We refused the curry (after the person on the phone being extremely rude and thinking a 4hour wait was excepable!). We used to be regular customers of the Balti House, however we will NEVER go there again or recommend to anyone we know. Disgusting service and treatment of there drivers! Zero star. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40
