Extremely unprofessional — no one was there when we arrived We had a terrible experience with the Baltic Inn. We booked this place in advance through Booking.com, planning to rest before heading to Cardiff the next day. When we arrived, the entire property was empty. No staff, no instructions, no way to check in, and no response from anyone connected to the inn. Keep in mind we already pay for this accommodation! They already took our money. Booking.com contacted the property and asked us to wait 30 minutes, which we did — but still, no one showed up. In total, we wasted over an hour just standing outside with nowhere to go, late in the day, with no support AT ALL. We ended up scrambling for last-minute accommodation elsewhere. This was completely unprofessional and stressful. Avoid this place if you want any reliability or basic hospitality. Id give no star at all. This is my first time ever reviewing on google about a place. You can imagine how bad it is

Not good! Lack of cleanliness is verging on a health hazard! Not sure if people staying in a hotel without staff on site is even legal for fire regulations is it? Surely someone should be there to coordinate evacuation and roll call?? Filthy room, broken fittings and a burnt out kettle. Felt dirty even after a shower. Management (if there is one) needs to get a grip of this place because it could be decent if they put some effort in. If not another failed establishment to be sadly. Service: 1
