Nestled in Minatogawa, Bambo Ruga is a charming café with a distinct Asian-inspired décor that can, at first glance, be mistaken for a quaint shop selling household items. Inside, the atmosphere is welcoming, frequently attracting a mostly female clientele who visit during lunchtime to indulge in their offerings of delectable food and desserts.
Although precise operating hours aren't documented at present, patrons have enjoyed the café's unique menu, which includes creative options like sandwiches crafted with salted rice crackers. Besides the intriguing cuisine, visitors have also appreciated the diverse array of beverages and sweets available. It's noteworthy that patrons could previously take advantage of a special ticket under a local sweets-tasting program.
Despite these positives, it's important to mention that there hasn't been any feedback from recent visitors for nearly a decade, and there's limited current information provided by the owner regarding specific details like operating hours. Whether you're dropping in alone, with young children, or as part of a larger group, Bambo Ruga offers both table and traditional seating options. But unless new updates emerge, those interested may need to be prepared for a touch of adventure when planning their visit.

Cozy little place for coffee, boba (tapioca), and lunches with homemade taste and quality ingredients, perfect for a quaint date or a quiet place to work on your laptop. Lunches I have gotten here range from Thai curry to eggrolls and chicken with spicy sauce (see picture), though it might depend on what she is serving that day! Lunches also come with access to a delicious and varied salad/appetizer bar. For drinks, you can put tapioca in anything, but I prefer the amazing dragon fruit milkshake.
