I'm not one to overly complain but I have been to this restaurant twice now for the same lunch entree, the General Tso's chicken. The amount of food you get for the price is a bargain but here is my complaint. It's not always about the quantity, but for me, it's all about the quality. First time I called in my order, everything I had was OK except the chicken, pieces were cut way too small and way overcooked. So today I went in, in-person, and asked if maybe they could cut bigger pieces and cut the cooking time in half. Once again, not only was the chicken inedible but the rice and egg roll were cold. Bad Ju Ju, Bombay. I'll keep looking for another great Chinese restaurant like Little Peking once was. But if you're only concerned with price and volume, knock yourself out. Flavoring is a positive 10 though!! Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $1–10

We placed a takeout order by phone to Bamboo Express at Grant’s Ferry in Flowood. The young man that assisted the call was most pleasant and very respectful, not rushing us since we had a question or two. When we picked up the order, again, everyone was very pleasant and our order was packed and ready. The best part, though, is the food was absolutely delicious. The vegetables were fresh and cooked just right with still enough crisp in them. All the flavors were awesome including the vegetables had great flavor. We re-heated the left overs the next day and again it was an awesome meal. We’ve been here almost 16 years and this is the very first time that we can say we REALLY enjoyed Chinese food in this area. We will definitely be eating more Chinese takeout from now on! Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20
