Bamboo Inn, nestled in the heart of Kumoji in Naha, is a subtle yet inviting destination for those seeking a cozy evening out. This pub and bar offers a modest but comfortable setting, perfect for solo diners and tourists looking to enjoy a quiet drink. Known for its great cocktails and diverse selection of spirits and beers, Bamboo Inn also serves homemade dishes to complement the drinks. Though it lacks glitzy decor, first-time visitors will likely appreciate the warm conversations with former hotel staff who now run the establishment.
The atmosphere at Bamboo Inn tends to be laid-back, providing patrons a chance to unwind while listening to 80s pop tunes. For those hoping to immerse themselves in local culture, visiting on weekdays might offer more interaction with residents, according to past reviewers. While the interior is not wheelchair accessible, the bar accommodates reservations. It accepts Rakuten Pay among its payment options, and the establishment itself seems to have flown under the radar on most popular diners' guides. Despite active service hours from Wednesday to Monday, direct updates from the restaurant remain scant.

Beautiful moody space for some very reasonably priced cocktails or drinks and comversation. We had a few beers and a local sake/whiskey. A few locals walked in and out and were all super friendly. Tomoko is absolutely lovely and such a great host. Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great place with a wide variety of drink options and some tasty food as well. We tried a delicious gin from Kyoto, such a simple cocktail, but perfectly balanced and spot on. The chicken wings were also really delicious and paired well with the drinks. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable, which made the experience even better. You can tell they really care about what they serve and about their guests having a good time. We had a great time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to chill and enjoy quality drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. Thank you again for the great service! A wonderful bar. The female owner and bartender is very welcoming, we immediately felt welcome to the establishment. She takes her pride in mixing cocktails to a high international standard, with high end liquors She wears a professional bartender tuxedo uniform and the music was classy. I was happy very to enjoy a few classic cocktails here on my 50th birthday It was also fun to play darts on the dart machine Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
