I love how fresh and well seasoned the food is. I come here when I have class and have dinner. Absolutely disgusting! I don't know how you can mess up a Chinese takeout like this place did, but they succeeded.. Fried rice was soggy and terrible!! We ordered the Orange Chicken combo and Beef Lo Mein ... The chicken and the egg roll were both soggy as well .. there was absolutely nothing crispy! The lo Mein had a fishy taste. Atmosphere? The inside was very plain and looked like a rental storage unit .. no tables or chairs ... We ordered at 530pm which is supposed to be dinner rush hour and we were the only one there.. and now I understand why. For real, I will never go back ... This is absolutely the worst Chinese takeout I have ever had and would never recommend this place to anyone.. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to Bamboo Wok. Let me explain. The woman that takes your order is extremely rude and dismissive. Everyone else, on the contrary, is pleasant and friendly. At first I thought I might have merely misread the situation. Everyone has a bad day occasionally. But after going there this evening and experiencing the same negative disposition, I felt like I should say something. I said to her, “You seem very angry or maybe even sad. Is everything okay?” She ignored me and asked if I wanted to add to my order. A younger gentleman stepped up and completed my order in a friendly, welcoming manner. I enjoy the food, but dislike the atmosphere when this lady is around. I do not understand why they have her interacting with customers if her facial expression and mannerisms are so off putting. Again, to be fair, I enjoyed the food, but there are plenty of other options with better customer service. Thanks for listening, and I hope this is helpful.
