Came here to have dinner however didn’t stay that long. I thought we were trying a new restaurant, it was 930pm on a Friday night. We ordered and then felt that the music was way too loud, more fitting for a nightclub. Upon asking is it a restaurant or nightclub we were informed it’s a restaurant and bar. We asked if it could be turned down then treated like old pensioners, it’s obvious that the bar drinking crowd is more important to them, we left feeling insulted and discriminated and will never return nor recommend such an establishment. Hi Giove, thank you for your feedback and we’re really sorry your experience didn’t meet expectations. We are a restaurant and bar, and on Friday evenings the atmosphere builds into a more vibrant setting. Our DJ session is scheduled to start at 10:30pm, so it sounds like the music may have come in earlier or louder than it should have on your visit, which we apologise for. We’re also very sorry to hear you felt uncomfortable with how things were handled that’s not the experience we want any guest to have, and we’ll be addressing this with the team. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and we hope you might consider visiting us again for a more relaxed dining experience earlier in the evening.

I went here when it first opened and it was such a beautiful place! So good for taking pictures and the food is absolutely phenomenal, as well as the service provided. It’s so modern whilst also being unique from every other place in bournemouth. I’ll be visiting again for my birthday and I’d definitely recommend xx. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
