If you are looking for a relaxing meal, avoid Bamiyan in Braddon. The service here is arguably the worst you can experience in Canberra. Overpriced and Underwhelming Food. While some might praise the menu, the food is extremely overpriced, especially given the remarkably small portion sizes provided. The quality is substandard and absolutely does not justify the high costs they charge. Appalling Customer Service. The most glaring issue at this restaurant is the staff. The customer service is not just bad; it is completely appalling. Management and waitstaff are rude, uncooperative, and highly unprofessional. Honestly, the employees could seriously use sensitivity training on how to properly interact with paying customers. Crowded and Noisy Atmosphere. To make matters worse, the dining environment is uncomfortable. There are not enough seating arrangements, making the restaurant feel cramped. It is incredibly noisy and crowded, completely ruining any chance of having a pleasant evening out. Save your money and dine elsewhere.
