My experience was not good. I was super excited and reading the comments I decided to go to the place. It was small and arrived burnt. From the outside it looked like a lump of charcoal, with a burnt taste, so I decided to return it. Unfortunately, the reason for the black color of the acaraje shell was the type of palm oil different from Bahia that exists here in the state. Despite the cook's politeness and the proposal to redo the order, I no longer trusted it. I could demand the money back and she even said to return it, which I didn't agree to. I just made it clear that the first impression is what remains and, for me, unlike all the wonderful comments here, it wasn't a good one. Did I go there on a day when the cook wasn't confident in the quality of her work? Ball forward. I hope she reads it and understands that a consumer's comment is not just to be read. It's the chance given for her to think about changing procedures and correcting mistakes so that they don't happen to others.
