Went to pick up my food and as soon as I grabbed my food I already spotted a king strand of hair in my food hanging out of the container. I asked the lady if could give me something for free for waiting for my order to be re cooked she then grabs the order that had food in it and thought it was ok and the food was ok to give back. She told that the hair wasn’t in the burger and I said to her are you for real that had hair in it. People that work in a hospitality industry should wear hygienic wear hair nets etc to prevent bacteria all over food cook wear etc. This is the last time I’m ever ordering food from this joint. Very good quality food. I was despairing of finding a good restaurant in Toukley after living in Sydney Eastern Suburbs but this place is up to scratch - bit disappointed with serving size of Barramundi last time we ordered but otherwise very good. Thank you.
