Each of the carefully chosen wines reflects Cat's signature wine qualities of authenticityseasonality, and tradition as well as terroir or "sense of place," the notion that wines possessing terroir are a natural match for the ingredients and cuisine of their respective native regions. The mission of the wine list that Cat and her team Enthusiastically strive to achieve is to create a selection that exudes these tenets while complimenting the gorgeous seafood served. In addition to Champagne, Chablis, and Muscadet— our favorite pairings with oysters— crisp, mineraly whites and a small number of ocean-friendly reds from Cat's favorite artisanal producers complete the wine offerings

One of Cat's greatest but most gratifying challenges as the Executive Wine Director of the Barbara Lynch Gruppo is her responsibility to educate all of our staff about wine. Through weekly meetings, Cat and her team train B&G servers on our wines through storytelling, tasting, and testing
