Great poutine with fresh home made fries. Pricing is too high for small and also the gravy wasn't hot enough to melt the curds. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The service was amazing and Eric, the owner, made time to say hello even being as busy as he was behind the counter. The food is amazing and very accommodating for my wife. She has celiac disease and has never had a reaction. She has had the smoked meat poutine many times and no reaction. They have a different gravy they use for GF so just let them know and they will make sure to use the GF gravy, which does have good flavour too. Banff poutine is one of our go to stops, when we are in Banff and should be one of yours as well. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Dietary restrictions: The poutine can be made gluten free, for those with celiac disease, you just have to ask. They use a different gravy for the GF option and is still very flavourful. The fryer is 100% GF and the smoked meat is also GF for the smoke meat poutine.
