This was my first time ordering from the American Dream location at 5:30 PM today (4/27), and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, there was no one at the stand. I waited for quite some time until a worker from the neighboring stand kindly checked in and mentioned the employee might have stepped away. In total, I waited nearly 30 minutes before anyone returned. When the employee finally arrived, she was on the phone and continued her conversation even after I told her I was there to pick up my order. There was no acknowledgment or apology, which felt very unprofessional. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect, and the macadamia cookie I was really looking forward to wasn’t included. As a first-time customer, this experience left a very negative impression. I wouldn’t return and would rather support the neighboring stand, where the service was much more attentive and accommodating. Price per person: $30–40
