I love Korean food and always try to visit new places. Our whole family loves soups, so I decided to try their black goat soup. I enjoy lamb, so I loved the flavor. The soup is rich, spicy, and hearty. It comes with rice and side dishes. I was a little uncomfortable with the server’s unfriendliness- no reaction to “thank you,” silently placing things on the table and walking away, not even the slightest smile. I wouldn’t call it rude, but it was certainly not welcoming. Either way, even despite the cold service, the food made us happy — perhaps you’ll be luckier and the staff will be in a better mood, so it’s worth a try. Never thought a day like this would come. I know some people might say it looks like 새우젓. But coming in a hot stew, shrimp will turn pink. It’s crazier too cause when we called about finding this bug, instead of apologizing, they just denied it and said “we don’t have bugs in our food.” If they could at least apologize for a mistake like this I would’ve appreciated it. I am so disgusted, I ate most of it and found it connected to a piece of meat near the end. Coming back from a long day of work and dealing with more incompetence from the staff is so infuriating and disappointing. I was a regular and loved dining here often but I will NEVER come back here again, and highly advise others to stay away too. Very unprofessional, and clearly unhygienic place to eat/take out from. This place has been one of my favorite for a long time, almost 10years. Maybe due to some tight economy or something the taste changes recently and I can tell the portion gets smaller and smaller. Today, I will say goodbye to this restaurant because it was terrible gamey smell and taste. They were used to be good at handling such gamey smell very well, but as of today it is no longer true. And I dumped all after a few scoops of try. Overall if you really like gamey smell and have not much big stomach, you would be able to enjoy there. Otherwise, it can be your first and last time to visit there. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $80–90 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
