You can come to this restaurant after seeing Gallery Meld. Bangkok House serves Thai cuisine. Many visitors say that waiters serve perfectly cooked chicken pad thai, larb and red curry here. Try good mango sticky rice, biscuits and ice cream. This place provides the delicious beer selection. This place is known for great ice tea, thai iced tea or coffee.
The great location of this spot makes it easy to reach even in rush hours. If you look through the guests' comments, the staff is terrific at this restaurant. Totally authentic Thai food: all the way down to the fish sauce in the pad Thai (which, for someone who is not prepared for that flavor, might be a bit much). All the food was very delicious; the summer rolls were fresh; the pineapple fried rice was fresh- the pineapple was literally cut right then; duck was flavorful... Thai iced teas were not my favorite- too sweet. The tables, very small- hence the 4 stars. Just made it squishy for a party of 5. I imagine this place gets full pretty quick!

We lived on the Big Island for thirteen years. This was our favorite Thai restaurant. And has been the best hands down compared to others all over the country. We almost went to Thailand last year just to see how the food compared. We have been known to order about 100 raw spring rolls that we froze/sealed and brought back to Florida just to be able to have our favorite snack on the mainland. They arrived in our luggage still frozen! Tonight we enjoyed the last remaining spring rolls be bought three years ago. They tasted as good as day one. I can't wait to visit the island again just for the Thai food!! Love, love, love the Bangkok House. As well as Sue and her family.
