We specifically asked for freshly brewed coffee because this is our second time ordering from this store. During our first visit, it seemed like they were using pre-batched coffee instead of brewing it fresh, which affected the quality of the drink. It looks like they might be having issues with their coffee machine, so they prepare coffee in batches and just use that whenever someone orders. This time, I made sure to request a fresh brew, but unfortunately, they still served the same pre-made coffee. It really compromised the taste. I usually love Pick Up Coffee—especially the branches in Fairview Terraces and Avida Fairview—so this experience was quite disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 2
