As everyone has written, I recommend a bowl called Bankara-don. It comes with a raw egg and soup, and I like the style of making it all messy and writing all at once, like a cat bun. It's bad manners, but it would be a good idea to explain that it's a place where you can drink alcohol, so it's a good way to stop the salmon lol. There are many shochu and sake that you don't see very often! Limited edition alcoholic beverages may run out quickly, so be sure to ask for them if you can find them. The liver on the skewers is really delicious. I usually prefer green onions when it comes to yakitori, but whenever I come here, I always order the liver. There are many types of skewers, and you can eat rare parts in a luxurious manner, so we recommend trying all types before finding your favorite.
