Good day! I would really like my review to be read by your management! I would never have thought that I would write such a review about our favorite institution... We celebrated more than one holiday, wedding, and decided to celebrate the child's birthday at your place. But it's just terrible... Let's start from the beginning: when booking the date, my husband and I clearly said that we do not need music, since the child is only one year old, and the visiting children will be even younger. On the day of choosing the menu, your administrator did not even warn that there would be more banquets with music ordered, until I asked myself if more banquets had appeared. No one even suggested that our holiday be moved from the hall near the fireplace to a separate banquette nearby, probably because your employees were more comfortable celebrating there than we were!! Because of your music, the mood of the birthday party was completely ruined (not all children can stand such noise), the children were constantly crying. The noun went home from its own holiday. Is the question normal for you? And what else do you take money for if people don't order?? Then the menu: There is also trash... Have you ever eaten a neck like dry veal?? Is it impossible to make a delicious meal for the kind of money you charge per kilogram?? The pork in the bacon was completely raw, the salads: except for the mix of salad leaves, there was nothing there, the chefs oversalted the grilled vegetables. We waited an hour for the cake to be cut. Conclusion: our holiday was completely spoiled!!! Your admin is completely out of place!!! Halyna was great, it's a pity that she no longer works. No more kicks to you, thanks for ruining everything!!! Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

On 28.05.23, she attended the baptism of a girl. Everyone is satisfied and the kitchen is excellent and the service is 100% very nice boy waiter. And the price is moderate. I recommend Service: Dine in Meal type: Other
