The venison with Pirin truffle is absolutely fantastic. It’s the specialty of the house and should be. The setting is perfect with lights and the stream trickling by but still in the heart of Bansko. There is live music which is both delightful but also loud and aggressive. But it doesn’t last all night - just like 20 minutes at a time. And you can say no if they offer to play at your table.
